Student Residence

student residenceThe College provides high-quality en-suite study-bedrooms located on the College campus, and priced competitively. The Residence is self-catering, with kitchenettes available for each part of the residence area. Most returning students take accommodation in off-campus student houses in the south Manchester area. Should on-campus residence places be over-subscribed, priority is given to first and final year students and to international students. Students in residence are required to comply with some elementary rules designed to make community life an enriching experience: all students agree to live in harmony with a Christian ethic.

Postgraduate students normally have a 50-week housing contract, since their courses run for a full twelve months, rather than simply the academic year. Undergraduate students normally have a 30- week housing contract.

The College also has a limited supply of married student housing, both off campus and on campus. Most of this is designed for couples, rather than families, and priority goes to students from outside the UK. The College also works with a range of local landlords to help support couples and families in finding suitable housing.

The College has some guest room availability - though this is in demand at peack times of the year.  For information on availability please contact the accommodation office.  There are also places to stay in the vicinity of the college, and details of some of these these are available here.
