Full-time applications for September 2012 are now downloadable from the

NTC website.  From July 1st the College accepts direct applications (as space allows) for its three undergraduate Degree streams in Theology; Youth Work and Ministry; and Practical Theology. Prior to that, they are all routed through UCAS. The College's certificate, diploma, and BA courses have been designated by the Department for Education and Skills for Mandatory Award Status. This means that awards are payable by the Student Finance England for UK and European Union students who are admitted to the College.This covers all tuition costs for students.  And with fees that are lower (by up- to 50%) than most UK Universities, that's quite an attractive proposition.
